    Chef Kagayaki

    Chef
After a long and extensive study of the fusion of the Japanese tradition of shabu-shabu with North American culture while he lived in California, chef Kagayaki decided to bring the concept to his adoptive city. As the Canadian pioneer of Japanese fondue, he developed his very own and jealously guarded recipe. His comforting cuisine coupled with his desire to serve it in the relaxed and casual atmosphere of a typical Japanese setting can’t help but bring warmth in Montreal’s cold season and spice up the Summer nights of a city renowned for its passion for discovery and exoticism. With his years of experience, chef Kagayaki is proud of his heritage and never compromises when it comes to the quality of his meals nor to the gastronomic experiences he wants to offer his guests.
